* Once the courier has left, online returns and exchanges are not available.
* Returns and exchanges can only be processed at our Ard El Golf branch.
* Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the order date, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

* We currently do not offer international shipping.
* Delivery time for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria is approximately 3–5 working days.
* Delivery time for other governorates is approximately 5–7 working days.
